How do I return an item?

General Returns Policy

·         No returns will be accepted after 15 days from date of product delivery to the customer.

·         Please keep all original packaging in case you need to return your purchase for any reason.

·         Please inspect your product upon delivery and ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping.

·         Sale items are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

·         If your product must be returned, you have the option of replacement or refund.

·         Labor, Installation service fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

·         If you choose to have moneys refunded, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged Goods, Defective Goods or Distribution Errors:
What-A-Rack will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Undamaged Goods:
If you are returning an item for any reason other than shipping damage, defect, or distribution error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent.

Return Procedure:

1.       Please contact us before returning any item to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC#):

2.       Once you have your return shipping authorized, returns should be shipped to the following address:

3.       All Items should be returned in their original product packaging along with all parts and documentation. 

4.       Ensure the packages are properly sealed so that no items are lost during shipping.

5.       Keep your shipping tracking number in the event the need arises to track the shipment.
